We loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect with many shops and nice restaurants just up from the old city area in the city centre, making it easy to explore this amazing destination. The hotel's staff was very helpful and friendly, accommodating our request for an early check-in. The room had all the necessary amenities including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, electric kettle, and a balcony. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast with many fresh options to choose from.

We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting with family.

I had the pleasure of staying at Artemisia Palace recently and it was a good experience. The location was superb, just a short stroll away from excellent restaurants and all the attractions in the heart of Palermo. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a big balcony offering lovely views. The linens were fresh and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided a variety of options, including fresh fruit and a selection of cakes and bread. The staff, particularly Serena and Anna, were friendly and made my stay more fun. I highly recommend Artemisia Palace for a wonderful stay in Palermo.
